Former Student and TDK Researcher of Our Department, Anna Renáta Csuth, Awarded the József Török Prize of the UD Faculty of Medicine

Our recently graduated Master’s student has received this prestigious award from the University of Debrecen, Faculty of Medicine (ÁOK), in recognition of her outstanding academic and research achievements.

Anna conducted Scientific Students' Association (TDK) research at our institute for four years, focusing on the RNA-binding characteristics of human transglutaminases. Her research achievements have previously contributed to a co-authored publication in a scientific journal.

During her university years, she was a regular and successful participant in local TDK conferences, winning first place once and second place twice. Her consistent academic work was also recognised by the university evaluation committee, earning her the University Research Scholarship Program (EKÖP) grant for both the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 academic years.

In addition to her research, Anna contributed to the department's educational work as a student teaching assistant (demonstrator), supporting biochemistry practical training for medical students.

We sincerely congratulate her on this award and the successful completion of her degree, and we wish her the best of luck in her future career!
